Who Is Avalon Property Management?
Established in 1991, Avalon Property Management focuses on property management and residential real estate sales. In the beginning, our main focus was small-scale serving our local community first. We have grown since then and now serve the Cobb, North Fulton, North Atlanta, and Cherokee areas.
We specialize in professionally managing single-family, condo units and townhome properties. Our decision to narrow our concentration to areas we know best has given us extensive knowledge of the local area. This has been integral to the growth of Avalon Property Management, earning us more credibility and trust over the years.
We are members of NARPM (National Association of Rental Property Managers, NAR (National Association of Realtors), CAR (Cobb Association of Realtors), ARA (Atlanta Realtors Association) and GAR (Georgia Association of Realtors). To date, we’re managing seventeen areas. Our continuous learning approach to our work greatly benefits our valued clients.

Meet the Team
Tal and Jeanette Kramer began their full-time real estate careers in 1991 after many years of working in Information Technology. They both began in IT as programmers and brought those technical skills with them to real estate. In real estate sales, Tal quickly became one of Cobb County’s top producers (#5 in 1997) and was nominated as Cobb Realtor of the Year. Tal and Jeanette approach property management in the same manner. They have focused excellence in delivering superior customer service to their clients who are loyal to their property management services.
Aaron Kramer recently joined the team in December of 2020 bringing 15 years of higher education administration experience from his alma mater The George Washington University. With a background in process improvement and data analytics Aaron has been able to implement new technologies and streamline processes enabling Avalon to provide a higher level of communication and customer service to both our clients and tenants.
